Hi guys, recently customers who normally orders online are getting messages to say that we do not deliver to that address even though they ordered before?
Are you able to advise if this is down to settings or is there an issue with the platform?

have you checked your delivery settings, I have found, for some reason, that sometimes the location needs to be re-verified.
