Issue with Delivery settings

We offer pick up, shipping and delivery made by our store.   I went to update some information in my delivery settings page this morning and there is a required fee for deliveries ...  We charge a flat $5 for deliveries, I don't appreciate the fact that Square is charging a mandatory fee for deliveries made by the store.

there needs to be the option on this fee setting shown below so that it can be turned off.  Square should not require a fee if it's not needed.  There is already a drop down for delivery fees. 

How will you deliver orders to customers?

  My own couriers $0.50 per order

  On-Demand Delivery $1.50 per order
