A customer recently paid, I sent them an invoice (using Afterpay) they paid it and usually I get The payment within 20 minutes, But it’s been three hours and it still hasn’t been transferred to my balance
@Lilzvalencia From my experience over the years, sometimes there are delays that just don't follow the normal pattern for whatever reason. Holidays, system outages, time of day, etc., can all affect the magic timing. This is one really good reason to make sure to always have enough liquidity in your business so if there is a delay it doesn't stop you cold. Hopefully this resolved over the weekend for you.
