Issue receipt with no email address

We had a customer that was booked in on the appointment scheduler. Paid via cash. The customer however has no email address. We issued a ticket receipt from our square machine however to record the payment on the appointment scheduler it wont record it as its asking for a email address? Anyone had this problem and a possible work around?

This sounds a little odd - I'd definitely be reaching out to our support team to take a further look into this. I just ran a test and was able to book an appointment and make a payment via the Appointments app without needing to enter an email address. You call support on 1800 760 137 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time) or email via this form 👍

Yes so the customer called and we entered the details through square dashboard. No email address supplied. We booked the appointment on the appointment screen. She attended and paid cash for the service. We issued the ticket receipt from the square machine on the day which wasn't a problem. But to reconcile on the square dashboard we entered the cash and payment as "other" but it requires a email address to process it. As you say weird. Ill reach out to support.
