Is there way for me as the owner to be notified when an invoice goes unpaid

I realized after more than a month that one of my staff hadn’t paid booth rent and caught another one a week after missing it. They get notifications but I do not. Can this be fixed or added as a feature?

On my demo account, I do receive an email notification when an invoice is overdue, reminding me that it’s unpaid.

Since you’ve mentioned that you’ve opted in for all notifications but aren’t receiving them, I’d be happy to look into this further.

 

If you’d like me to investigate, please provide screenshots of your current notification settings so I can better understand what might be happening.

Hello @LadyJBeauty,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry you are having issues with invoices. As the owner, you should be receiving those emails. Do you have email notifications set up through your Dashboard ( Settings > Account & Settings> Notifications> Invoices)

If notifications are enabled, please also check your spam or trash folder. Make sure to add our email addresses to your contact list: [email protected] and just to be safe, [email protected] as well.

 

If the issue continues, let me know. Please provide photos of your notification settings and employee permissions so I can look into this further. Thank you!

I have all of those on but I am requesting a notification if something goes unpaid due a certain amount of time I.e. 7 days, 14, 30… I don’t always have time to manually go check to see what’s not paid yet

OK, actually you know, what you’re right. I went back and I do see those emails. The problem is that they don’t stand out. I get so many emails from square for invoices - paid, sent, viewed, etc that it’s hard to keep up. I didn’t notice those in the flood of emails I get with my providers. Is there a way to maybe change the subject line on the over due template to be more urgent? 

Maybe putting

Action or Attention needed!! : OVERDUE INVOICE instead of “you sent an invoice reminder” so it stands out?
