Is there anyway to set up an alert when orders come in?

We own an ice cream shop and are missing incoming orders. Is there a way to set up an alert like uber eats and door dash. Even a receipt that prints out would be helpful.

You definitely can set up an audible alert and have tickets print automatically!

For the audible alert, make sure your tablet's volume is maxed. It's easy to have the hubbub of a busy shop overwhelm the alert. Then on your tablet go to

Settings->Orders->Alerts. Choose Allow Alerts then whatever frequency you want.

For the automatic printing, you have to wander over to printer settings.

Settings -> Hardware -> Printers

Choose whatever printer(s) you want for online order printing.

Tap Online Order Tickets

Turn on Use this printer for online order tickets

Turn on Automatically Print New Orders

Choose which categories you want to print at that printer.
