Hi @Keris. While the ability to add notes to a customer’s records does exist, there is no pop-up function after a customer is attached to a transaction. Right now, your employees would have to review the customer blade on the POS for any notes.
This could be a good candidate for a feature request, which you can submit on the Ideate Board.
