Is there a way to post an offline transaction into last year?

Hello All,  Im trying to post the last week UBER/Grubhub sales into 2021 Square POS.  Is there a way to enter as a 2021 transaction?  Thanks

there is not a way to enter a transaction as anything but a transaction happening at that moment.
