Is it possible to have a terminal which automatically recharge the same amount?

Hey!

I was wondering if it was possible to have a contactless terminal that automatically charges the same amount every time and doesn’t require any supervision (by no supervision I mean someone is nearby but doesn’t need to take part in the transaction). All transactions would be contactless (tap-and-go and NFC). I was wondering if it was something already possible with one of the available terminals and also if it was legal.

The Square Terminal cannot be configured to only charge a set price. @FatyFatFat

I suppose you can create an item with a set price. That way customers can select the item for payment at checkout. 

Or create a QR code so customers can use their smartphone cameras to scan it and be directed to a secure purchase page.. More here.
