This is an unusual request I know but is it possible to block someone from making a website purchase?

Not too unusual, we've definitely had this request before.
Unfortunately, there's not currently a way to blacklist or block a specific client from making a purchase on your Square Online site.
I'd suggest cancelling the order as soon as it comes in.
If I hear any updates on this particular feature request, I'll update you on this thread.
Thanks @Breffni, thankfully this is not something I need to action at the moment but a recent issue prompted the question should I need to in the future.
