I am not getting any confirmation emails for my sales, like before. has the system changed, and I wasn't notified? these are critical to know if something went through. I don't have names, or anything. have to go to the transactions to see each one, and not let the email come through like normal. If this is something new, I don't like it, and may have to switch companies. NOT COOL>
I forgot. the company needs to have a way to contact them on weekends, since so many of us do a lot of business on weekends, particularly this time of year. we have 3 big shows left and not getting those emails and not letting us talk to someone before the weekend is over is critical. Very upset this is happening.

You might also want to whitelist our email address [email protected] as some email providers may filter out our emails. Please let us know how you go!
