I am having trouble with customer support. I was going to open a second account for online sales. The people do not speak English, that are answering the phones. They just keep repeating my question back to me. I can not even reach someone to open a new account.
@Gale7038 You really wouldn't need anyone to open a new account. If you are wanting to have 2 accounts but still run stuff under the same business umbrella, I would just add a 2nd location and use it for online sales only. Then you could split reporting or have consolidated reporting.
Otherwise, just start a 2nd account, but you do have to have separate banking and e-mail. Each square account is associated with a unique e-mail.
