Ipad is reprinting entire order when one new item is added to open ticket. This is a new problem. Our Square Register is not doing this. I don't see any recent threads about this. Any ideas?
@Amanda_Bierock I haven’t seen this happening anywhere else right now. I think the easiest and probably fastest solution would be to erase the app and then redownload and see if that fixes it. I do see you are part of the Beta team. Are you currently in any active iPad betas?
No, no betas that I can recall. Can try reinstalling the app tomorrow and see if that fixes it. Thanks for the suggestion 🙂
