Hi all, I've noticed a new automation in the square marketing feature for sending out review requests for our google business profile after a payment is made by our customers. For some unexplained reason I cannot actually click on it to set up the automation? It is shaded slightly lighter then the rest so it seems like this is intentional and not just my computer acting up LOL.
My google business profile is properly connected to my business location so I know this isn't the issue. It does say that this is a "NEW" feature, so maybe its not actually available yet??? Just looking to get some clarification on what the issue is.
