Hope all is well good morning to one last time I asked a question here it was amazing thank you I have another question today due to my customers not wanting their email on the invoices we have a lot of invoices that we’ve been paid for but can not put paid on the invoice due to the sender not receiving the invoice.

So when you click the 3 dots on the right hand side, it doesn't show you an option to "Add Payment" or "Mark as Paid"?
With your customers not wanting their email on them, do they allow you to add a phone number, or do any of those past invoices that have been paid for have a phone number?
It won’t let me do that mark as paid or make payment

Do you get an error message when attempting to mark the invoice as paid, if so could you share a screenshot ? Are you experiencing this issue on both the Dashboard and the Invoices app ?
Note that if your customers don't want their email addresses on the invoice, you are still able to share it by text message or manually. Simply select the best option under the Communication part of the invoice.
