Invoices: Tab following item description - bug

When creating a new invoice if you are using the tab key, following entering or selecting the description of the invoiced line item I'm seeing the interface jump to the Payment Method section rather than moving to the next field, which would be the quantity.

The behaviour changes if you have selected the pop up list of line items. 

If you are just creating one item, it seems to jump to the wrong place with a tab key.
