Invoice is showing that it was paid but the balance isn’t reflecting on the amount. It’s been hours and it still isn’t showing up in my balance
Hi @GiftedTreats. Do you know how it was paid? If, for example, it was paid via ACH then it will take a few days for that to settle between your customer’s bank and Square. Otherwise, if it was paid by card and since it didn’t appear in your balance immediately, it should appear in your balance within 24 hours unless there is a reason for it being held. If you don’t see it Monday morning, then you should call Square Support during normal business hours. They will be the only people who can tell you what the delay is.
