I had sent a customer an invoice and dated it due by September 3rd. She paid, but it is not deposited into my balance. Is this because I dated it due September 3rd?

How did she pay? and when did she pay?  It should not matter about due dates, it will show as the day the payment is made and will be deposited into your bank account in 2-3 days like a credit card payment would if you accepted it in person.
