Is there a way to refund an invoice to a gift card? Our business does not offer refunds and only offers exchanges or store credit for our apparel. We do live sales on instagram fairly often and with the live sales we send invoices. We recently had someone purchase from the live sale, be sent an invoice, then realize the items didn't fit and wanted to receive store credit. When we tried to refund the amount to a gift card, square said that invoices could not be refunded to a gift card. Is there a setting or some way to refund invoices to a gift card?
