Hi!
Our client said when they try to access their invoice they get the following error: Client Code not recognized.
Has anyone had this problem? I’m not sure at what stage this is popping up.

This is odd because I've actually never heard of this error before nor was I able to find anything on it.
It sounds like it could be a browser issue on their end. If they're still getting that- could you have them send you a screenshot to post here?
