Can’t go back to professional site after free trial

 I paid for a whole year subscription to professional site in May but I received a free trial to do a performance site this month  and when it was over my site was shut down even though I paid for a whole year that has not been over yet I have the receipt to show square does not answer my emails help me does anyone know how to fix this thank you
