Inventory not showing in dashboard, but is there in the POS

I was adding some new and updating some existing items to my library yesterday and after the file import completed I tried to import my Purchase Orders, they show an error message indicating items were missing. So I began to check and sure enough there are items that are not showing in the Items screen via dashboard (nor are they available on an invoice) but these same items are in the export file when I download a new version and are in the POS to ring up sales.

Hello there @page158 I am sorry you are having some issues with your inventory, that is frustrating. To be clear the issue is there are items on the export that are not actually in your item library.

 

Since we cannot get into account-specific information through the seller community I would advise you to reach out to support at 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport and they can take a further look at your account and see what is going on.

For anyone running into this in the future, the issue was that some change was rolled out but likely not tested properly. I called support spent an hour or so explaining what was happening, testing various things and once engineering was engaged they quickly rolled back some changes ( I know they did because the export/import screens changed back to the "old" version after they did) and it worked on the next import. 

Again, total waste of my time testing something that never should have been released to production.
