Inventory catalog export

Is anyone having trouble exporting their inventory catalog today (7/26/22)?  I'm trying to work with Support but it is not going very well so far:(

No, sorry to be of no help. I did not have difficulty doing an export upon attempt.

What kind of trouble are you having exporting your inventory catalog? Are you receiving any error messages?

Please provide any screenshots so we can better assist.

Our typical export file is about 10MB.  My problem is that the export would start but no actual data would download.  The download was only 4KB and I was unable to open it in Excel as Excel found a problem with some content in the file.  I continued running the export and was able to get a files that were 1.1MB, 3.0MB, and 4.1MB.  But, I couldn't open them because of the "problem with some content in the file".  I continued running exports and finally was able to get and open the full export.

I'd love to understand why I had troubles running, downloading, and opening the export files:)

Thanks for your detailed response. I want to make sure we are on the same page. Which report(s) are you trying to export? Are you exporting from your Square Dashboard on your computer or phone?
