International Shipping

Based in the UK.

 

Just added an item and have tried adding other countries via the default settings.

 

I’ve tried two different ways. Firstly by adding the Rest Of The World setting and then by adding each country from a drop down list manually.

 

But, each time a customer tries to order from outside of the UK, they get a message to say that their address is not supported.

 

i have several Square accounts and all the others have always accepted overseas orders. This account has also accepted overseas orders for other products, so I am obviously missing something obvious.

 

any help would be gratefully received.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for support with this - Welcome! 

 

If you haven't already, could I ask that you delete and re-create the Shipping Profiles? When checking if any other Sellers were experiencing this issue, I can see that our engineers have come across instances of this in the past where a newly created profile did not instantly sync to the checkout flow. 

 

If you continue to have issues after that, would you mind sharing a link to your site so that I can take a closer look?
