I have been able to make a few instant transfers to my bank account with no problem. Now it says that I have met my daily transfer limit. I didn't think there was a limit, but even if so I don't think I've come close to what that limit would be. I then changed my linked debit card and says the same thing. I need to make this tranfer today so any suggestions?

Instant transfer limits are limited to $2000 per day for new sellers. As you continue to use Square for sales, that limit will be increased.
If you're under that limit or are a seller that's been with Square for a while and are still getting that alert, chances are Square has flagged your account for something that they consider risky. It may be a simple glitch or something more, but your best bet would be to contact customer service. They have more detailed access to your account than we do in a public forum.

My friend Ryan provided some great insight here. Your account age could also play a part in the instant transfer limit.
New Square sellers start with a limit of one instant transfer per day of up to $2,000. As you run and grow your business with Square, a higher daily transfer amount may become available.
