Information gathering during appointments

Hello, I'm looking for recommendations on ways to set up square appointments to work for my service-based business or an appropriate app integration.

I am a farrier, meaning I trim horses for a living and at every appointment I'd like to be able to take information down for each horse (sometimes multiple horses at each appt) during each appointment and save it. The capability to have photos attached would be great too. I'd like to be able to access it so I can look at it before or during my appointments too. If theres a way to attach it to my customer profiles in square that would be amazing.

Thanks for your feedback! 

You've got some ability to record customer details via the customer directory, including uploading images and files to a customer's profile. This would be the best place to store additional info at the moment.

You can also add notes to individual appointments by clicking on the appointment in your calendar, then "Edit" and enter notes under "Appointment Notes".
