Incorrect pickup time for orders

I have setup and have a few customers using a Square Online store. Tonight I am trying to enable scheduled pickup times. My initial test for this is working as I scheduled pickup but my 6:45 pm pickup displays a message that pickup is scheduled for 8:45pm. I have a correct timezone value setting for my location (America -- Chicago) but is there additional timezones to be set?

Is the timezone on your laptop/desktop also set correctly?

Thanks for confirming @SteveLMN. I ran this by one of our Weebly reps and it looks like there was an issue with pickup times showing two hours early instead of two hours late like your is doing. It seems like it might be a related issue, though. So when you have a chance, could you contact our team so that they can file a ticket if necessary?

I am having the same issue, and have been on hold with Weebly for an hour to try to figure it out. When a customer chooses, say, 4:30 for a pickup time, the site automatically sets the pick-up time for 3 hours later (7:30). I've tested from different devices and had the same results.

The short answer is: I'm not sure. I finally spoke with someone at Weebly who, after trying it on his own phone and computer, didn't experience the same issue. I adjusted a few things, cleared my cache and cookies, and it still does the same thing when I test it on my own devices. They couldn't diagnose if they weren't seeing it happen, so we left it that I should see if it resolves itself in a day or so and try to capture it happening on video or screenshot if it doesn't.

I have a different problem: when I try to schedule a pickup time, it won't let me choose the day or time that we would be open for pickup. The calendar only shows Saturdays as an option, and the drop-down time menu is empty.

Any ideas?

My store hours are set to 5:00pm - 8:00pm, Tuesday through Saturday.

 

UPDATE: looks like the website needed some time to update my hours. Now it seems to be working.
