I have just published my site and have had a message from a customer to say they are unable to complete a transaction with an error message "incomplete shipping address" not sure where to start to try and resolve this? Any help appreciated! Cheers

If you don't mind sharing your website I can take a look and see if I can reproduce the issue.
It's also possible that the customer did provide an incomplete shipping address. While I don't suggest sharing their private details in public if you had the address this is also something you could test yourself or ask our support team to take a further look into! Usually, if there are any errors with the address supplied, the page should highlight the field that has the issue.
Thank you for the reply. I do suspect it was an issue with the buyers address. I have since had some else successfully complete a transaction with out any issue. I appreciate you taking the time to respond!
