Importing Modifiers Into WP EasyCart

Hi there community,

We are new to Square and are using it in our new cafe. Currently we are setting up our website and are using WP EasyCart. We have two issues we are looking for assistance with

1. We have managed to get the import function from Square to WP EasyCart on our site working, The products import and appear as they should on the site, however,  when me make updates to modifiers on a product in Square it does not update in the shopping cart.

We have tried updating the import as per the instructions for WP EasyCart and have even tried deleting the products and re-importing them, but get the same result no change to the modifier that we have made. Any suggestions? and

2. Is there a way to edit the font and modifier style being imported?

Thanks for reaching out.

I'm hoping we may hear from another community member familiar with the WP Easycart integration here, however in the meantime I'd also recommend filing a support ticket with WP Easycart, as they build and support the Square integration with their platform.

You can get in touch with their support team via [email protected], they also have some supporting documentation available here. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with the integration or WP Easycart platform itself, though their support team should be able to provide further help here!
