I am trying to import a MailChimp contact list. I used the CSV template provided by Square and filled it by cutting and pasting from the exported MailChimp list. When I uploaded the CSV template, Square recognized that there were duplicates and I was able to merge those, but when I went to look at the contacts in that imported group, none show. Do you have any tips as to what might be going on?

I want to be sure I'm understanding your question - are you importing your contacts in the customer directory and not seeing them in your reachable contacts via Marketing? Is it possible for us to get a screenshot of what you are seeing/where you want to see them? I just want to be 110% sure I'm giving you the best answer I can.
