My Import Inventory is frozen after trying to import a spreadsheet of items. Is there a way to just stop it? It says 0% progress and hasn't changed this usually only takes no more than 20 seconds to import.

Are you receiving any kind of push back from the webpage if you press the X in the upper left-hand corner? This should initiative a manual cancellation of the import.
If that cancels the import, we would recommend walking through these Dashboard Troubleshooting steps before re-starting the import. This will ensure any remaining bugs are washed out before the process starts.
