Images Not Displaying Correctly

Hi.

I have set all my images to a 600px x 600px square crop and the image display size in settings to 1:1 - but when viewed on my live site the images are cropped at the top and bottom.

Example: De Ireby's Tower: Carlisle Castle VIII, City of Carlisle - Photographic Print | M J Turner Photograp...

It is a portrait image, but I have added black space at either side to create a square shape - yet it is still cropping the top and bottom of the picture off.

I have noticed that the original image is showing in the menu here:

So not sure why it is cropping on the item page....Is there a remedy for this?

Hello @MJTURNERPHOTO I'm sorry you're having trouble with you website. Can you check this...

when you go into the section where your images appear, check the setting for Shape (or aspect ratio). I am thinking that maybe on one page it is set for a square, and on the other page it is set for something else?
