The item library has been malfunctioning all day today, keep getting message "oops something went wrong", also the item library overall is performing slowly.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. Our engineers have identified the root cause for this situation and they are working on releasing the fix for it on version 6.19.2 of the app. This update should be available in the AppStore in the next 24-48 hours.
