I want to go back to manual entry on my phone. How do I go back to that?

I would like to do manual entry on my phone and I’m having trouble trying to get back to that part

Here's what I do - note, I have an iPhone 14 running iOS 17.6.1 and Square's POS installed (latest version) - all I do is enter or select the item to be purchased and tap charge, then tap Manual Credit Card Entry, then enter the Card Details and tap Charge.   I don't know if the POS App looks different on an Android Device so all I can speak for is my hardware setup.  (As a best practice, always ensure that your smart device has the latest operating system and the latest version of Square's POS App.)

Could you share more details about your issue ? Is the manual card entry option not available at checkout anymore ? If that's the case, you can add it in More > Settings > Checkout > Payment > drag Manual Card Entry under Main Payment Types.
