If I see the money was paid to me But zero in my balance what's the issue.
Hi @Thebosslady2317. We need more information in order to point you in the right direction. I see that you posted this in the Invoices board, so I’m guessing it was a payment on an invoice. First question, how did the customer pay — card, ACH?
Second question, when was the payment made? Is it possible that it WAS in your balance and that an automatic transfer has since been initiated?
Last question — is this your first ever payment through Square? If not, has this been a problem before? Or was the payment quite large, perhaps, larger than your usual payments received through Square.
