problem. I transferred to a SI domain for my online store and now it’s totally shut down.

This is serious - my "subdomain" is the place I actually sell from and have done business with customer since I started it about 8 years ago. I have questions out to Weebly, to this group, and also to that company, although I don't think it's their problem this time. This is what I get: https://shop.naturallynickelfree.com, and it's not pretty. I need to solve this quickly or I will lose like, all of my customers. My shop at Weebly is going to take a lot of time to get up to speed.
Call and talk to tech support. They helped me get back online in 5 minutes! It was what I suspected. My domain host gave me the wrong information.

Sure! If you're signed in, and go to Support Center, there is a Contact link at the top right. You can email, chat or call. They are always super helpful.

Once you type your problem, it will give you a link to contact a representative. It's not a bot

Yes, once you click the Speak to Representative, it will show you a phone number.
I opted to communicate through chat and Mia was very helpful. I have almost had success - there is still a step that needs to be completed through my other shop, but I am almost there. I am really anxious for this to be over - thanks for all your kind replies, @Foxvalleypottee!
btw, I tried to post the phone number here, just now, but is was "redacted." Really? What's with the state secret about phone numbers? I'm glad I got through, and was happy with the help I got, but really?
