i'm having issues with my printer, Chip reader and scanner ...nothing is working..

Do you have the Square Stand?
If you do, please make sure that the iPad is charging while it's in the Square Stand. If the iPad is not placed in the Square Stand properly, it will not connect to any of the accessories (such as the reader or bar code scanner).
