I have problems connecting to the internet when in crowded outside venues

Hi @mrbills07! 

Thank you for the post - I moved it over to a board for troubleshooting, so it could benefit other sellers with similar issues. 

If you're having issues connecting to the internet in a crowded space - I would recommend using your phone as a hotspot for the device. If all the people around you are using the same wifi - it can cause it to slow down or be unable to connect. Reach back out if that is not is not the case and I can dig in further.
