I have an invoice that keeps giving me an error message when I try to add another image to it. Not sure what is going on. It is only allowing me to add 1.

Hi @Ladybugshopper.  So, I’m able to add multiple attachments to invoices on both the Invoices App and the dashboard.  This leads me to suspect that there might be something wrong with that particular invoice, that it got corrupted somehow.  Have you tried deleting that invoice and starting over?  Sometimes it’s just that simple.

If not, let’s go for the nuclear option.  Sign out of your invoices app, then delete it and reinstall it.  Sign in and try again.  There might be some pesky ghost bug that has taken up residence in your app’s workspace that needs to be cleared out and sometimes the nuclear option is the best way to do that.

Finally, if that doesn’t help, then you’re going to have to get on the phone with customer support after the holiday weekend since they aren’t short staffed now and you might find yourself on hold for long periods of time until Tuesday.

Another thought I had was...is there a size limit for images on one invoice? My first image is almost 10mbs. So, I'm wondering ot that could possibly be causing this issue.

Update: So, I resized both the images and that didn't help. Then I uninstalled invoices app and reinstalled then it worked.

Thank you for your help!! 🥰
