I have a stylist that works commission and her commission is not being applied to all services

I have been on the phone twice with square about this and each time they say someone needs to get back to me but I'm still waiting on a call after a week and a half and about to run another payroll cycle.  It seems to be an issue with Appointments and not payroll as my payroll settings are correct.  It's just that not all of her services are are earning commission when I pull up the team sales report.  I'm thinking there might be something I've overlooked in setting that up?  Would love to hear if anyone else has experienced something similar and can help me fix it:)

Hello there @Salon_Ame

 

When this happens, I always recommend revisiting the Team Member Profiles, and making sure that the percentage of Commission for Services is correctly set up, and even if it is Save the settings again to make sure it applies your configured percentages successfully.
