I had a customer pay an invoice yesterday and it’s showing paid, but it’s not on my card

Yesterday a customer paid the invoice but the money isn’t on my card. I’ve never had this problem before. Any idea where my money is?

Is your payment in your balance of your account and just didn't get transferred to your square debit card or is it not in either?
