SO I forgot to add my client’s name on my receipt in the NOTES section on the receipt, and finalised the receipt...is there another way to edit the receipt or add a note in it afterwards and resend it via email besides refunding the credit card and doing the whole process over again.

Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately there's no way to edit what appears on a receipt once the initial transaction has been finalised. You could refund and re-process the transaction, though you could also consider issuing the customer a receipt outside of Square (eg via a word processing document) - note this won't appear on your Square dashboard.
