I charged my square and green lights are on but when I try to pair it keeps saying loading

I haven’t used my square for awhile , so I charged it and green lights go on but when I try and pair it with my IPhone it just says loading. It’s been doing that fit 10 min

Try pressing and holding the button on the contactless reader until the red lights blink. This resets the reader. You should be able to re-pair the reader in the app and be good to go.
