I cannot list products as digital products

for some reason the option to list a digital product doesn't seem to exist on my site anymore, anyone know what i'm doing wrong?

That doesn't make any sense really? 

Does the same happen if you add a new item from the item menu rather than the web editor?

That’s perfect, I just managed to do it from the menu, wonder why it doesn’t work on the web editor 🤔

@MJD @Sam_400º 👀 I just checked with a Square Online specialist and the option to add a Digital Item hasn't been added to the Web Editor - yet! I definitely see how it's more intuitive to include in both sections. We're working on it! Thanks for your patience in the meantime.

Has this function been added to the web editor as the remedy seems to have been mentioned a long time ago and the actual answer was not clear given.

At the moment, it is still not possible add digital products from the site editor. The only way to add a digital products is by navigating to Items > Site Items on your Online site.
