I cannot add a Book Now Button on my Instagram Business Account

Hello,

I carefully followed the instruction to set up a Book Now button on my Instagram Business account, but I can't and I have been trying to figure out this issue over a week. 

On my Instagram, once I click Edit Profile, under the public Business information I do see (1) page, (2) category, (3) Contact Options, (4) Action Buttons, and (5) Profile Display, so I click Action Buttons- 

then I see (1) Order Food, (2) Book Now, and (3) Reserve, so go to click (2) Book Now-

I do see "Appointments for Square" and am able to log into my Square account, then it makes me select my business to connect correctly and I can continue as "my name on Instagram" to connect to Instagram;

However, once I click the blue button "Continue as my name on Instagram", then I encounter an issue - the page does not open and it looks it is pending to open the next page- and eventually it makes me go back to the page "Select a Partner".

I cannot find any solution but I really need to add a button as soon as possible for my new business - could you please give me any advice? Thank you so much!

It can be difficult for us to troubleshoot third party integrations since we do not have direct access to the third party account. Do you have screenshots you can provide? That might help us narrow down which end the error is coming from. 

Also, have you had a chance to check out this guide for adding an Appointments button to Instagram

Is your Instagram account definitely converted to a business account already? I know this is a definite requirement, although I'm not sure what (if any) error message would display to alert you the account is not converted yet. 

Can you take a look at the guide I posted, and let us know if that helps at all? Thanks in advance! 😊

Hello I am having same problem but I can’t view the action button for square hours instagram. Could you please confirm if this was taken away?

Hi @Urbanrose - I know just how frustrating this must be to have an awesome feature and then not be able to find it.

I was able to do some digging into this issue and it looks like this function would be on the Meta side and their support would need to be contacted to put in a request. 

I hope to see this feature again soon.
