I am receiving a message that device not supported as well as tap to pay doesn't work and even I am not able to connect any reader
@Michelbotros Welcome to the community, Is this on your phone or iPad? and are you talking about the chip reader not connecting?
Have you recently updated to iOS 18? if so check the app store to make sure Square has the most recent update. I think you need Square POS ver. 6.50 for iOS 18 to work with Square POS.

@Michelbotros after searching the forum I found this thread, that states the Pixel 7A is not compatible with the square reader

I do believe that an update needs to be developed
I don't don't use Android phones, so I did a search to see if anyone else had ran into the problem you had. That was what appeared in the search. I was just going by that information. I'm Sorry if it was incorrect.
I do believe that we should expect to receive an answer from Square customer services.
