How to use square cash eCards that you received the email

I have four square cash eCards that I was that was sent to me via email from a family member I want to know how do I go about to use those cards

When you say square cash eCards do you mean regular Square eGift Cards?

Typically Square eGift Cards are attached to a particular store or seller - you would redeem them at the shop that they're designated for. Square is just the POS system that the shops use that creates the Gift Cards.
