The option to sync my Google Calendar to my Square appointments is grayed out.
I have been trying to set this up for a while now over quite a few months and it has just been a massive fail.
It appears that unless I upgrade from the Free plan this can't be done - is this correct?
Or is there a way that the Free account can sync to ONE Google calendar?
I am just a solo operator and only have limited appointments available in a month, so $40/month at this stage is not feasible.
Calendar syncing is a Square Appointments Plus feature, which is why it would be greyed out if you're currently on the free plan, @SimplyBea. Find the full list of features included with each subscription level here. I understand how frustrating it would be to upgrade if you only need the calendar sync feature, and will pass this feedback onto our Square Appointments product team.
