How to stop clients booking extra time not needed.

Hi, we have had a couple of extra new clients booking extra time not needed. How can I write that time booked will need to be paid for?

I'd love to get a better idea of how you've set your appointments up so far. Have you added processing time to your appointments? Are customers booking longer appointments than needed? Feel free to share some more detail about how your business runs appointments so we can share the best solution for your case.

They are booking extra time that they don't need. Like removal when they have nothing to remove. I want them to understand what they book for they must pay for...read the description of what the treatment is and decide..

Hi @Jil2,

We don't really have a way to prevent customers from booking services they don't actually need - are you finding this is happening frequently, or with certain services? 

 

I can suggest perhaps reaching out to new clients who may be confused, to clarify what the services they are booking are for, to ensure they understand what they're booking. If there's any confusion you can then edit the bookings on your end.
