How to set up subscriptions?

Hi all,

I want to set up recurring gym membership payments so members can enter their bank info for automatic ACH drafts. Right now I only see Payments and Invoices in my dashboard — no Subscriptions option.

Has anyone done this on iPhone or otherwise? Any tips on activating Subscriptions would be amazing!

Hi @Rebecca09! 

On iPhone you can go to More in the bottom right, then click Add-Ons and add Subscriptions (it's free), from there you will see Subscriptions in your More menu, and you can create a plan in the Plan menu, it will redirect you to the online platform. 

Online go to Items & Inventory, a create the item you'd like to set up as a recurring payment. Once that's complete, in the Items & Inventory menu the last option should be Subscription Plans, from there you can assign the Item(s) and Frequency. 

If you can't find Subscriptions in the Items & Inventory menu, you can also find it from the Orders & Payments menu.
